Pen Foundation exists to unlock the potential of underserved children — through education, mentorship, character, and leadership.
When a child is educated and empowered, entire communities are transformed.
Meet our leadership

From a child’s first curious question to the confident leader they become — here’s how every Pen Foundation student grows, step by step.
We educate to uplift underserved children and build stronger communities.
We nurture academic excellence alongside integrity, empathy, and responsibility.
Hands-on clubs that unlock talents, spark curiosity, and build confidence.
Caring mentors guide students with support that lasts beyond the classroom.
We equip students with future-ready skills through digital tools and innovation.
We prioritize well-being so every child feels safe, valued, and supported.

Pen Foundation began with one man and a simple belief: potential exists everywhere. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to recognize it.
Shaik Ibrahim Basha grew up with very little, often studying beneath street lamps because there was no electricity at home. What he lacked in resources, he made up for with imagination. He had a gift for seeing possibility where others saw none, turning discarded materials into art and carrying that same belief into the way he saw people, especially children who simply needed an opportunity.
Though he is no longer with us, may Allah have mercy on him, his light remains. Today, that light lives on through Pen Foundation and in every child who discovers confidence, every student who is given an opportunity, and every future shaped by the belief that no child's potential should go unseen.
From one borrowed classroom to a growing movement — scroll through the years.
It started with one borrowed room and a promise: no child turned away. The first students walked through the door.
A second space, more teachers, and the very first student clubs took shape.
Classrooms filled again, louder and more hopeful than before.
A fourth branch opened its doors, and our reach grew right along with it.
The journey continues. Every year, more children given a real and lasting chance.
However you choose to give, you’re helping a child somewhere believe their future is worth showing up for.
